In terms of protection and diagnosis,the motor driver DR7804Q has multiple protection designs,including power supply voltage monitoring,over-current protection,charge pump state detection,temperature alarm and overheating shutdown,watchdog timer and load open/short circuit diagnosis.Each driver supports the monitoring of drain-source voltage of external MOSFET,which can quickly identify and locate faults.
